Colonic perforation by high-pressure water exerted via anal canal

Abstract


A 72-year-old man presented to the emergency department (ED) complaining of rectal bleeding and abdominal pain. This paper describes a patient referred to the ED because of colonic perforations due to high-pressure water self-applied anally and operated on afterwards.
